Insurtechs Synergy Cloud and Claim Technology have teamed up to develop products for the insurer and MGA claims market.
Synergy Cloud will integrate its livestream video capability into Claim Technology’s customer self-serve chatbot for the first initiative.
The service will also be available as a plug and play solution via Claim Technology’s insurtech marketplace.
Claim Technology chief executive Michael Lewis said: “This partnership brings two complementary insurtechs together, both of whom have deep expertise in the claims market, to cocreate solutions to some of the industry’s thorniest automation challenges.”
Future works
Additional collaborations will be launched later this year, including a zero-touch self-serve proposition for surge events and supply chain procure to pay (P2P) automation.
