’Joining the MGAA aligns with our commitment to the MGA market,’ says chief executive
Insurtech Earnix has joined the Managing General Agents’ Association (MGAA) as a supplier member.
The move will allow Earnix to work closer with MGAs across the sector and support their growth through its technology propositions.
Robin Gilthorpe, chief executive at Earnix, said that joining the MGAA “aligns with Earnix’s commitment to the MGA market”.
He added: “MGAs are key players in the insurance industry and they require robust, reliable and compliant technology solutions to succeed in an increasingly complex market.
“Earnix looks forward to contributing to the MGA community by offering solutions that empower MGAs to drive smarter, data-driven decisions and thrive in an increasingly digital-first insurance ecosystem.
“With our artificial intelligence (AI)-powered decisioning capabilities, Earnix is proud to support MGAs in their journey to deliver enhanced value to their clients, while navigating the evolving regulatory landscape.”
Critical role
The MGAA aims to support MGAs by offering networking and education opportunities, advocating for them within the industry and helping them tackle challenges.

Michael Keating, chief executive at the MGAA, said: “We welcome Earnix to the MGAA membership
“The MGA sector’s growth and resilience are underpinned by a dynamic ecosystem of suppliers, incubators and compliance partners.
“These enablers streamline operations, enhance agility and support innovation, ensuring MGAs can focus on their core strengths while adapting to market and regulatory demands.
“As we look to 2025, these partnerships will play an even more critical role in driving sustainable growth and maintaining the sector’s competitive edge.”
