Julie Rodilosso, chief executive at RightIndem, talks about the firm’s submission for the Excellence in Claims Technology – Technology Service Provider award

1. Why did you put yourselves forward for the Excellence in Claims Technology – Technology Service Provider category?

Insurers need to offer claimants an intuitive journey with questions they deem relevant, appropriately posed and necessary.

Julie Rodilosso, chief executive at RightIndem

We have developed an advanced – and sensitively humanised – ‘digital wrap-around’ AI platform that facilitates these journeys while validating the claim in real-time.

This creates more human-centric claims using the best of AI and the deep-embedding of claims knowledge.

2. What do you think makes your entry stand out and why should you win the award?

Our entry stands out because we offer a unique conversation style eFNOL journey that gathers all the information insurers need sensitively while fortifying this with real-time validation.

We see the effects in our increases in policyholder digital adoption well above industry averages.

3. What would winning this award mean to you and your firm?

Winning this award would be a huge milestone from a leading publication for RightIndem. It would validate our mission to wrap the efficiency of AI automation with human empathy.

Currently, believe we’re the best-kept secret in the industry – this award would change all of that.

RightIndem’s platform has been game changing for insurers because it is for their customers.
