At Holidaysafe, we believe that staying ahead in digital transformation is crucial to meeting modern customer expectations. Our digital-first approach, supported by tools like Protectif – our propriety medical screening system – and Albert and Eddie – a smart comparison tool – empowers customers to self-serve with ease.

By entering, we aimed to highlight how our advancements in technology have helped improve service delivery, streamlining the insurance process while prioritising customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

2. What do you think makes your entry stand out and why should you win the award?

Our entry stands out due to our innovative, customer-centric solutions. Our in-house tools simplify the customer journey by providing personalised, seamless service.

Protectif enhances the medical screening process, while the Albert and Eddie tool helps customers make informed decisions that cater to their specific needs. Our integration of these technologies into our core operations demonstrates a proactive problem-solving approach.

We have reflected on customer feedback to improve and strengthen the post-sales process supporting customers throughout their holidays.

The positive customer feedback and increased engagement illustrate the success of our digital initiatives, positioning us as a leader in the travel insurance sector.
