The word partner means a lot to us. Many suppliers will have transactional relationships with their clients, but we strive to achieve so much more than this. Entering the Claims Partner of the Year award therefore seemed to be a perfect fit.

2. What do you think makes your entry stand out and why should you win the award?

What makes us unique is that the team does not just handle claims – we have developed the team to ensure we work in true partnership with insurers. We support and advise them on strategic issues including impact of reforms on their businesses.

We deliver creative and innovative ways of working, investing in technology and data analytics to deliver industry and claims insight.

We help reduce indemnity spend and also work with the insurance industry to ensure any changes and challenges could be met head on, with support from us.

3. What would winning this award mean to you and your firm?

Winning the award would be a huge accolade to the team and wider firm. The team work tirelessly for the benefit of their clients and to have this recognised would mean the world to them.
