Andrew Jones, director of consulting services at CGI, talks about the firm’s entry for the Excellence in Technology – Technology Service Provider category
1. Why did you put yourselves forward for the Excellence in Technology – Technology Service Provider category?
We have decided to put Elements 360 Accounts Reconciliation Centre – Insurer Broker Accounting (ARC – IBA) forward as we feel it is great market timing for this type of solution and we are already working with industry clients that are seeing solid outcomes and improved efficiencies.
Together we have the opportunity to reduce credit control and IBA operational costs by 25-50%, so it’s time to show the art of the possible
2. What do you think makes your entry stand out and why should you win the award?
The Elements 360 ARC – IBA solution has been developed with customers.
This is a key factor as it shows we have developed it by listening to the marketplace and working with those who are in need of such a key solution.
We think we should win as we’ve created something that combines the latest in AI and collaborative workflow technology, with the power of the network of hundreds of brokers and insurers to remove friction and cost for the market as a whole.
3. What would winning this award mean to you and your firm
The key benefit for us of winning this well-respected award is for our CGI partners – our employees – who have worked extremely hard to create this solution and provide it to our customers.
The secondary benefit is visibility. It would provide us the opportunity to raise awareness of the solution and enable us to bring our value to market initiative to more organisations, improving customer outcomes and efficiency across the industry.
