Why did you put yourselves forward for the Customer Champion of the Year – Broker category?
We were set up by the Federation of Small Businesses as a startup, specifically to address the ‘advice gap’ they perceived in the provision of general commercial insurance to SMEs, following consistent feedback from members.
Small businesses often face unique challenges in obtaining suitable coverage because their activities are more complex than the pigeonholes in which they are often placed.
Our entry aims to highlight our commitment to addressing these challenges, providing tailored solutions and enhancing the overall insurance landscape for small enterprises.
What do you think makes your entry stand out and why should you win the award?
