In a year filled with milestones, this acquisition stood out as a significant achievement for us. The cultural fit was seamless and this partnership has paved the way for future growth and product expansion in the coming years.

2. What is your Christmas message for your insurance colleagues?

We’ve seen some significant challenges as a sector this year, including inflation and some tough decisions around pricing, but despite this the industry has shown resilience and adaptability.

We’re proud at Bspoke Group to be part of an industry that supports one another, solves problems and continually finds ways to better serve customers. We believe the future is very positive for the insurance sector and the MGA landscape in particular, driven by the incredible talent and passion within the industry and underpinned by deep expertise and a robust capital foundation.

3. What do you hope to find under the industry’s Christmas tree for 2025?

Our hope for 2025 is for the insurance industry to embrace the change that it is facing on several fronts and adapt to meet the growing needs of customers in more agile, innovative and sustainable ways than ever before.

This will require strong and deep partnerships through the value chain and inevitably investment or collaboration with tech experts in an increasingly digital and AI driven world.

Insurtech talent within the industry will play a key part in providing the expertise and solutions alongside established business models in order to tackle these challenges.
