Howden has opened a new office in Milton Keynes as part of its expansion across the UK.
The nearly 30,000 sq ft office, which is based in The Avebury, will be home to the Bedford team.
It is modelled after Howden’s main headquarters in London and features an open-plan space, flexible workstations, collaborative areas, as well as kitchen and dining zones.
David Shalders, chief operating officer at Howden, said: “The opening of our new office in Milton Keynes is an exciting step in Howden’s continued expansion across the UK.

Accreditation
Howden achieved a gold SKA accreditation from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors for the Milton Keynes office refurbishment.

The broker hopes the new space will allow “employees to thrive in a dynamic and adaptable environment”.

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
