The deal is the broker’s sixth acquisition since joining GRP in 2016
GRP-owned regional broker Marshall Wooldridge has acquired Insurefirst Limited, which trades as Bush and Associates (Bush).
Broker Bush, based in West Yorkshire, was founded in 2000 and became a limited company under the name of InsureFirst in 2015.
The business, which is part of Bravo Networks, is run by managing director Wayne Stevenson, director Tish Stevenson and director Tim Bush.
Bush’s management team and all employees will stay with the business under its new ownership.
The deal is Marshall Wooldridge’s sixth buy since becoming part of GRP in 2016 and has received regulatory approval – the consideration is undisclosed.
