GRP buys Kent-based commercial broker

Broker leader sold up because the ‘firepower that GRP and Brown and Brown can provide for growth oriented businesses is second to none’

Intermediary organisation Global Risk Partners (GRP) has purchased Kent-based commercial broker CC Flint and Company (Flint Insurance) in what it describes as “its biggest acquisition” since GRP was bought by American broker Brown and Brown in July 2022.
