The appointee will work to drive improvements in the firm’s client journey

Gallagher Bassett has appointed Jenni Pendrey as its new chief client officer.

The appointee will work to drive improvements in the firm’s client journey by managing and nurturing relationships, having been a former client herself.

Gallagher Bassett’s UK chief executive Manan Sagar said: “We are excited to welcome Pendrey to the team and look forward to her strengthening our commitment to delivering exceptional service and further enhancing our client-centric approach.

“Gallagher Bassett has always adapted and evolved to meet our clients’ ongoing needs while offering tailored solutions and we have full confidence that Pendrey will continue to build upon this foundation.”

Experience

Pendrey brings experience across claims and risk management in the transportation sector to the role.

The appointee joins from Mobico Group, where she first served as UK claims manager before being promoted to the role of group insurance and claims manager.

Prior to Mobico Group, Pendrey worked at National Express.

She said: “Having been a client of Gallagher Bassett, I have experienced firsthand the exceptional service and expertise they provide. I am thrilled to accept the role of chief client officer and to ensure our clients are aware of the depth of expertise available to them within Gallagher Bassett.

“Showcasing the expertise and dedication of our teams is crucial in building trust with our clients. For me, what has always made Gallagher Bassett different is the people. It’s a diverse and talented group that I’m looking forward to connecting our clients with.”
