In this newly created role, Collings will lead and develop Gallagher’s UK and Ireland broking strategy, as well as have oversight of the retail and London market specialty operations.
As part of the move, he will join the broker’s UK executive team.
Collings said: “I am thrilled to have the opportunity to move into this newly created role.
“I will be focused on bringing together all our insurer relationship teams to deliver the very best client solutions and ensure our relationships with the market are second to none.”
Experience
Collings, who has over 30 years of experience in the industry, joined Gallagher in 2017 as market management director for UK retail.
