Head says his expertise ’made him the perfect person for this position’
Ardonagh-owned reinsurance broker Price Forbes Re has expanded its facultative team with the appointment of Oliver Waterhouse.
Waterhouse will take up the role of head of property facultative and be based in the London office.
His appointment comes after Price Forbes Re said last week (17 September 2024) that it was looking to expand its facultative team across all product lines.
Among hires it has already made include Fred Few Brown and Jonathan Gerken.

Waterhouse brings 14 years of experience in the global property market.

In his most recent role, he managed facultative operations as an executive director at Howden Tiger.
His career has also seen him work at WTW as an executive director for international property and facultative, as well as Marsh within the risk management practice.
In his new role, Waterhouse will report to Price Forbes Re’s head of facultative Nikki Melbourne.

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
He took up the position of deputy news editor at Insurance Times in March 2023, before being promoted to his current role in May 2024.View full Profile
