’His warm smile and genuine care for others made him not just a respected colleague, but a dear friend to many,’ says Brokerslink
Brokerslink has said it is “deeply impacted” by the passing of Jorge Luzzi in a tribute to the RCG boss.
Luzzi had been chief executive of RCG, which is a partner of Brokerslink, since 2013.
He was also director of risk management at Brokerslink between 2013 and 2017.
In a tribute on LinkedIn, the broker network said Luzzi ”was truly one of a kind—altruistic, friendly, empathetic, unifying, kind and always cheerful”.
“His warm smile and genuine care for others made him not just a respected colleague, but a dear friend to many,” it added.
“At Brokerslink, he was responsible for many initiatives that empowered the network’s risk management capabilities and brought us together as a community. We highlight his leadership in the risk management practice and the annual risk managers forums.”
Experience
Luzzi began his career with Marsh in 1972 as an account executive.

”His unwavering dedication and continuous contributions have significantly shaped the development of new skills across the sector on a global scale. He was a mentor to many of us.
”Jorge’s remarkable legacy will forever resonate within the Brokerslink community. As we mourn his departure, let us also hold dear the memories and moments of joy he brought into our lives.”
