Arc Legal Group, part of the AmTrust Financial, has appointed former Allianz leader Lee Taylor as its new chief executive.
Taylor will succeed Frank O’Malley and have oversight of the firm’s ancillary products and services in the UK.
The appointee said: “I am delighted to be joining Arc Legal at this exciting time as we look to build on the previous successes.
“By further expanding our portfolio, whilst ensuring continued focus on quality and service delivery for our partners and customers, Arc Legal will ensure it is placed as the leading ancillary product provider in the UK.”

Taylor has spent the last two decades with Allianz Partners.

Roles he had served in include chief sales officer for the UK and Ireland, as well as chief executive at Allianz Partners Benelux and Nordics.
He takes up his new position effective immediately. Predecessor O’Malley had been top boss at Arc Legal since its inception over 21 years ago.
