’I look forward to playing my part in helping ensure it has the right technology and infrastructure in place,’ says appointee
The Fidelis Partnership (TFP) has appointed Suzanne Wells as its new chief operating officer.
In her new role, Wells will be based in London and ensure the MGU has the right technology and infrastructure in place to grow.
She will join in July 2025 from Arch Insurance International, where she was most recently deputy chief operating officer.
This saw her take responsibility for overseeing UK functions, including underwriting operations and strategic portfolio management.
Prior to Arch, Suzanne spent nearly 10 years with Aviva.
Speaking about her new role, Wells said: “I’m hugely excited to join a business as dynamic as TFP.
“Operational excellence is an important part of its reputation for true market leadership and I look forward to playing my part in helping ensure TFP has the right technology and infrastructure in place to empower its underwriters to maintain this position.”
