Davies acquires public sector claims firm

Davies Group has today announced the acquisition of TopMark Claims Management Limited (trading as TMS).

Based in Glasgow, TMS specialises in property and casualty public sector claims, serving a portfolio of clients including UK local and central government organisations in the UK.

TMS will set the foundation of Davies Public Sector within the Davies Claims Solutions business. Managing director Stephanie Staubach will continue to lead the business and will report to Lesley Johnson, managing director of Davies Casualty.

It is Davies’ first acquisition since buying Veriphy in October 2018. It takes the Davies team beyond 1,700 employees.
