Introduced in January 2024, the Professional Map is a career development tool designed to define the qualities of a well-rounded insurance and personal finance professional.
”We hope to motivate even greater numbers of learners in coming years by fully embedding the CII’s Professional Map into new qualification pathways and providing an enhanced learning experience that develops the skills our sector needs,” White said.
