’The strength of Chubb’s finance organisation is evident in the three seasoned executives who are stepping into new roles,’ says chief financial officer

Insurer Chubb has announced several senior promotions within its finance division.

The moves will see George Ohsiek become chief accounting officer and Annmarie Hagan take on the role of chief financial officer for operations, technology and transformation.

Mong-Diep Le, meanwhile, has been named as the new chief auditor.

The three executives will report to chief financial officer Peter Enns.

“The strength of Chubb’s finance organisation is evident in the three seasoned executives who are stepping into new roles,” said Enns.

Experience

Le, who most recently served as global controller at Chubb, has more than 25 years of accounting and reporting experience.

In her new role, she will be responsible for all Chubb internal audit functions worldwide, including control processes and key risk assessments.

She succeeds Ohsiek, who has more than 25 years of accounting and finance experience.

In his new role as chief accounting officer, he will be responsible for the company’s corporate and regulatory accounting matters, managerial and external financial reporting, group wide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and statutory and GAAP accounting policy.

Hagan, meanwhile, will be responsible for all FP&A activities for the company’s technology and operations organisations in her new position.

This includes real estate operations in the countries and territories where Chubb operates, tracking technology-related transformation initiatives, controllership of technology-related assets and compliance functions and operationalising ESG-related financial reporting for the company.

“Together, George, Annmarie and Mong-Diep have four decades of experience with Chubb, along with the skills and expertise they brought to the company when they first joined,” Enns said.

“With their deep knowledge of Chubb and expertise in corporate finance and accounting, they are eminently qualified to lead their respective new teams.”
