Jacqueline Legrand spent nine years at Brokerslink, but will now move back to New York
Brokerslink has announced today that chief executive, Jacqueline Legrand has stepped down with immediate effect.
After spending nine years involved with the company, six of those based in Europe, Legrand has decided to move back to her native New York to take on a new professional opportunity and reunite with her family.
During her time with Brokerslink, she was managing director for international business at Crystal & Company, NY, with the responsibility of Brokerslink COO Americas, and then she joined MDS group in 2012 with the responsibility of Brokerslink regional director EMEA.
She has been a member of the board at MDS, a shareholder of Brokerslink, since 2012.
She was appointed chief executive of Brokerslink in February this year to design and launch the next phase of the company’s development, following the transformation of Brokerslink from an association to a for profit corporation.
Gregory Allard, Brokerslink chairman said: ”We would like to thank Jacqueline for the extraordinary work she has accomplished in 2018 to establish Brokerslink’s vision, redefine our business model, realign the team, and launch our execution plan.
”The innovative platforms and offerings she developed with her team will be instrumental for Brokerslink growth.”
José Manuel Fonseca, who will be replacing Allard as chairman of Brokerslink in the new year, will oversee the transition.
