The addition takes the number of Brokerbility members to 27
CCRS Brokers has joined Brokerbility with immediate effect.
CCRS Brokers was set up over 10 years ago and is based in Glasgow.
The deal takes the Brokerbility membership back up to 27, having lost Thomas Sagar and Wilby this year to consolidators.
Brokerbility managing director Ian Stutz earlier this year told Insurance Times the network has a list of 35 brokers between £3-10m GWP it is targeting to bring the network’s membership to the optimal number of 36 brokers.
In a statement, Brokerbility said CCRS was a great fit for the network and strongly supports the Brokerbility principles.
Neil Campbell, managing director of CCRS said: “Brokerbility is clearly the best proposition to help grow our business whilst remaining staunchly independent.
“It has a clear strategic vision, superior insurer partnerships and strong leadership team in place which makes it the ideal partner for us”.
Ian Stutz (right), managing director of Brokerbility, said: “We are delighted to welcome CCRS to our exclusive group.
“Them joining continues our clear vision and commitment to supporting independent broking in the UK insurance market”.
