’It’s very important that our policyholders have access to the protection they need to safely deliver their full range of treatments,’ says commercial broker
Alan Boswell Group (ABG) has partnered with niche insurer Peach to expand its specialist insurance scheme for complementary therapists.
The independent broker is the exclusive insurance provider for members of the Association of Reflexologists and the International Federation of Aromatherapists.
Members can access discounted rates for cover, while the scheme is also available to non-members.
Through its partnership with Peach, ABG aims to have more flexibility and capacity to extend the scope of its coverage.
Zoe Kerswill, a commercial broker at ABG, added that the partnership would help meet the evolving needs of complementary therapists.
“It’s very important to us that our policyholders have access to the protection they need to safely deliver their full range of treatments,” she said.
“Our partnership with Peach gives us the flexibility and capacity to extend the scope of our cover and grow the scheme.”
Other partnership
This comes after ABG teamed up with Peach to grow its teachers’ liability scheme in October 2024.

The broker said this scheme had grown in the four months since Peach came on board and hopes to replicate this success in the complementary therapy sector.
Kerswill said: “During their involvement in our teachers’ liability scheme, the team at Peach has demonstrated that it understands what we’re looking to achieve.”
Ryan Bendelow, director of commercial at Peach, added: “Our collaboration on the teachers’ liability scheme has been hugely rewarding and highlights our shared desire to create tailored insurance solutions.
“Our experience of the health and wellbeing sector, thanks to our long and strong heritage with NPA Insurance, means we really understand the unique risk profiles of ABG’s policyholders. We see enormous scope to grow the scheme by harnessing our ability to write a range of therapies and treatment risks.”
