CFC has made hired two insurance veterans to expand its board of directors.

Bryan Joseph and Oliver Corbett will join specialist insurance provider as non-executive directors. 

“Both Bryan and Oliver understand the challenges of taking thriving businesses forward to become truly global-spanning organisations, whilst preserving the things that makes a company special and different from the rest,” Louise O’Shea, group chief executive at CFC, said.

“That’s the trajectory that the team here at CFC is on and I’m truly excited to tap into their vast experience as we seek to serve more customers with more solutions in more innovative ways across more territories.”

Appointments

Corbett is a founder and strategic advisor at boutique specialist insurance and reinsurance broker McGill and Partners, as well as a non-executive director at HSBC UK and Allianz UK.

“I am delighted to join the board of CFC,” he said.

”It has been an incredibly successful business and I look forward to joining at this next phase of its story, protecting the things that make CFC special and leveraging its advantages as it expands its international coverage and product set.” 

Joseph, meanwhile, is currently a partner with Vario Partners LLP, a non-executive director at Lancashire Holdings Limited and the senior independent director and chair of risk committee at Sabre Insurance.

“I am delighted to join the board of CFC as it transitions into its next phase of growth in the UK and internationally,” Joseph said.

”I look forward to supporting its new and dynamic management team as they build upon the successes that have been achieved to date.”
