During this session, he will sit down with host Clive Myrie to share lessons on resilience, leadership and success both inside and outside the ring.
Former England manager Gareth Southgate will also appear on the second day of the conference, with him delivering the closing keynote session.
Biba chief executive Graeme Trudgill said: “It’s going to be a knock out with our inspiring and engaging line up for the Biba Conference 2025.
“The subjects and speakers will offer relevant insights, motivation and learnings for our members as we move into a new era of insurance broking, business, politics, capacity claims and much more.”

The theme for 2025 has been dubbed A New Era, with Biba looking to take the opportunity to lead the conversation in defining what brokers want the future of the industry to look like.
Trudgill said: “Reflecting on what has impacted us since the millennium is incredibly important when looking forward.
“We have experienced much change in the last 25 years – seven prime ministers, a new regulator and its subsequent rules, Brexit, a cost-of-living crisis and changing risks.
“We have a new government with a challenging growth strategy that insurance brokers can help deliver.
“Now is the time to look forward with a fresh perspective on what’s to come and I know that our members will find insurance solutions for the new risks people and businesses will face as we enter ‘A New Era’ of broking.”
