’We thank her for her contributions to Crawford and wish her well in future endeavors,’ says firm
Crawford has announced that Lisa Bartlett is resigning from her position as chief operating officer for international operations and president for the UK and Ireland.
Bartlett joined the claims management firm in 2019 as chief client officer before working her way up to her most recent roles in November 2023.
She will leave the firm on 31 July 2024.
“Lisa leaves the company in a very strong position,” the company said in a statement sent Insurance Times.
“We thank her for her contributions to Crawford and wish her well in future endeavors.”
Succession
In regards to her role as president of the UK and Ireland, the firm said it will start looking for a successor and will accept applications from both internal and external candidates.

In the interim, Andrew Bart, chief executive of international operations, will lead the UK business.
His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
He took up the position of deputy news editor at Insurance Times in March 2023, before being promoted to his current role in May 2024.View full Profile
