’I look forward to building on the successes of the business,’ says new appointee
Axa UK&I has appointed Matt Field as its new retail intermediaries director, a statement released today (20 December 2023) said.
Field will take up the role on 9 January 2024 and bring over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry to the role.
He said he was “very much looking forward to join” next year.
“I look forward to building on the successes of the business and supporting the fantastic intermediary team already in place,” Field added.
Experience
Field will join the insurer from Shepper, where he was the firm’s chief revenue officer.

Prior to this, he spent more than 15 years at Aviva, where he held various roles such as director of strategic partnerships and general insurance personal lines channel director.

“He brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles and will be a very welcome addition to the team.
