(Re)insurance group Aventum has appointed Jeff Uden as its new head of learning and development.
In his new role, Uden will work with the HR team to bolster the firm’s talent strategy.
This involves appraisals and engagement, growth and development, culture and performance, training academy and apprenticeships.
“I’m excited to join such a progressive organisation, fuelled by a passion to empower everyone to reach their full potential and exceed expectations,” Uden said.

Expertise
Uden will bring more than 23 years’ HR expertise to the role.

He joins Aventum from MS Amlin, where he was senior talent and development manager.
Prior to that, he was head of talent at Iceland and held strategic HR roles at Morrisons and Argos.
