’Their reputation and shared value of care, for their clients and their people, make them a fantastic addition,’ says chief executive
Insurance broker Aston Lark has acquired Kegra Limited as it looks to strengthen its offering to the Irish mortgage broking market, a statement released today (21 August 2023) said.
Kegra, which trades as Finance Solutions, is a financial services company based in Dublin that specialises in mortgage broking and provides tailored solutions such as life cover, income protection, investments and pensions.
Aston Lark, which was acquired by Howden in 2021, said the firm would sit within the Howden Ireland structure and work with SPF Private Clients to develop their offering.
SPF, which was also bought by Howden in 2022, was formed in 2011 after a management buyout and rebrand of Savills Private Finance – the financial arm of Savills plc.
Robert Kennedy, Aston Lark Ireland chief executive, said: ”Finance Solutions is a stand-out business in its sector, highly regarded as one of the best mortgage brokers in Ireland and passionate about delivering the very best outcomes for clients.
”Their reputation and shared value of care, for their clients and their people, make them a fantastic addition to the Aston Lark and Howden business.”
