Pharos is Aston Lark’s third acquisition this year
Aston Lark has announced the acquisition of Pharos Insurance Brokers.
Dover-based Pharos is Aston Lark’s third acquisition this year and the second since the formal merger of Aston Scott and Lark completed in July.
The group acquired Ingram, Hawkins and Nock in March, and Michael James Insurance in July.
Pharos is a personal and commercial broker with 18 staff, serving 5,000 clients in the south east and placing £8m in premium each year.
Formed in 1958, in excess of 70% of its income is generated through commercial clients.
The existing directors, Steve Turner, Stephen Corner and Stephen Kempe will all remain with the business.
