The new hire brings 25 years of experience to the role
Ardonagh Global Partners (AGP) has today announced the appointment of Morna Leather as chief financial officer.
Leather brings 25 years of experience to the team, primarily in financial services and insurance broking.
Most recently, Leather was chief financial officer at RFIB Group, a global insurance and reinsurance broker. During her tenure, she managed the business through a period of growth and diversification, including the execution of strategic acquisitions in the UK and overseas. She also oversaw its successful sale to Tysers.
Prior to RFIB, Leather worked at Aon Benfield and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC).
At AGP, the new hire will work closely with chief executive Des O’Connor as the business invests in and supports its management teams to realise their growth ambitions.

The group currently comprises of US healthcare and benefits underwriter AccuRisk Solutions in a joint venture with the Amynta Group, Resilium – Australia’s largest independent broker network – as well as M&A insurance specialist Hemsley Wynne Furlonge.
