The new appointee has a ‘vision for modernisation,’ says chief executive

Arch Insurance International (Arch) has promoted Marie Penberthy to the role of chief financial officer, following the departure of Jason Kittinger.

Penberthy will become responsible for Arch’s finance function – including accounting, financial planning and analysis and reporting.

She will be based in London and will report to Arch Insurance International’s president and chief executive Hugh Sturgess.

“Marie is a valuable addition to our executive team with a firm understanding of our finance function and a vision for further modernisation building on previous successful projects and performance enhancements,” Sturgess said.

“She has the support of a very skilled team behind her, I welcome Marie to this role.”
