Arag has appointed Brynley Case as its new chief customer officer.
In his new role, Case will be responsible for claims and a law firm Arag acquired through its purchase of DAS UK in January 2024.
He will also join the exeuctive management team and report directly to chief executive Tony Buss.
Buss said: “Case has the depth of understanding and leadership qualities needed to drive our customer experience to even greater heights.
“Arag has always worked hard to deliver market leading service to policyholders and he will extend that ethos across our growing business.”
Experience
Case joined DAS in June 2016 as its UK group general counsel and company secretary. He was promoted to director of legal services in 2021.

Prior to DAS, he managed a team of lawyers and commercial managers as legal director at Capita Local Government’s health and property arm for more than a decade.
He was also a solicitor at law firm Pettman Smith for more than two years.
