Aon has appointed Adam Neverton as its new global head of strategic broking for professions.
In his new role, Neverton will be responsible for delivering risk management propositions that are tailored to the demands of clients.
Based in London, he will report to John Brosnan, head of specialty products, financial and professional services in the global broking centre, as well as Kristin Kraeger, chief executive of professional services in the US.
Brosnan said: “In his new role, I am confident he will enhance Aon’s ability to offer a compelling value proposition that meets the complex needs of our global professional clients.”
Experience
Neverton started his career at Aon in 1993 and has more than three decades of industry experience working with professional services firms.

Kraeger said: “Neverton’s strategic insight and acumen will leverage Aon’s full suite of solutions, market relationships and alternative risk options, providing our clients with more innovative ways to transfer risk.”
His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
He took up the position of deputy news editor at Insurance Times in March 2023, before being promoted to his current role in May 2024.View full Profile
