Aviva, meanwhile, has succeeded in underwriting
Allianz has topped the ranks in network Brokerbility’s insurer partner satisfaction survey results.
According to the results, which were published today (27 May 2022), the insurer was rated with the highest overall satisfaction score at 74.9%.
Allianz also achieved the leading insurer status in the survey’s claims category with a score of 76.04%.
Aviva, meanwhile, led the underwriting category with a score of 75.11%.
Brokerbility director Julie Rayson Flynn said: “Our bi-annual survey continues to be the established barometer of insurer performance, underpinning our commitment to customers to deliver a quality service.
“As we come out of the pandemic, during which clients and brokers generally experienced deteriorating insurer service, we will be using the results and comparisons to give insurers detailed constructive feedback.
“It’s vital that we work with our insurer partners to ensure our customers receive the best possible service and our brokers are established as the insurers’ preferred partners.”
Methodology
The research – conducted amongst Brokerbility members – consisted of a set of questions, which rated insurer performance when dealing with claims, underwriting and overall satisfaction.
Those insurers rated included the network’s seven key partners – Axa, Allianz, Aviva, AIG, NIG, RSA and Zurich.
Each brokerbility member gave feedback on various service criteria using a one to 10 rating.
A net promoter score (NPS) was also used against each question to monitor customer satisfaction levels.
