’It is a particularly exciting time as we roll out the strength of the Allianz brand to the personal lines market,’ says spokesperson
Allianz has announced LV=’s new general insurance claims director as it confirmed that Martin Milliner will be leaving the insurer.
Milliner took up the role in 2013 and stayed in place when Allianz acquired LV=’s general insurance business.
Allianz said he will be leaving due to finding a new opportunity and would be replaced by Caroline Johnson.
She was most recently the director of technical claims at the insurer, a role she has held for more than two years.
“Caroline Johnson has taken up the claims director role in our personal lines business with immediate effect,” an Allianz spokesperson said.
“Caroline has been with us for over a decade in senior claims roles and she has the experience, drive and leadership skills to develop this fundamental part of our business.
“Caroline replaces Martin Milliner, who has found a new opportunity and has left our business. We thank him for his work and wish him all the best with his new challenge.”
