Compliance specialist offers new insight into meeting FSA compliance requirements
Insurance Compliance Services has launched a new service for brokers who are managing FSA compliance on their own.
The ICS Compliance MOT is for firms wishing to have an independent, cost-effective review of the extent to which their present compliance arrangements meet the FSA’s requirements or could be improved.
Charles Maddocks, marketing manager at Insurance Compliance Services, said: “As general insurance regulation reaches its third year, we’ve listened to the market and found what many firms need is an independent, specialist review of their own compliance arrangements.
"Many admit they are not experts in regulation and need to concentrate on developing their business at this time. Therefore the DIY approach to regulation does not suit them and they want a quick and simple snapshot of where they stand."
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
