Lloyd's has appointed Cameron Murray as its representative in Hong Kong. He will succeed Jonathan Plimley, who has been in the post since 1988.
Lloyd's said Murray's role would be to protect its trading position and to maintain and build on the existing relationship established with the Insurance Authority of Hong Kong.
Murray, 31, has been working in the broker services team in Worldwide Markets since July 2000. Previously, he worked at the ABI as secretary to the ABI board and as a special assistant to the director general.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
