Nick Rouse promoted after nine years service.
Specialist defendant insurance law firm Davies Lavery has pormoted Nick Rouse to Partner, working within the Insurance, Reinsurance and Property Insurance teams.
Rouse, who joined the firm in 1999 working closely with partners Trevor Davies and Philip West in the London office, has 15 years experience in the sector.
He specialises in handling large-scale insurance disputes, including most recently working with Counsel to secure success for insurers in the landmark decision against Tesco on public liability cover arising out of the Gerrards Cross tunnel collapse.
