Ockham Holdings plc has appointed Ross Dunlop as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Dunlop has been appointed deputy chairman of Ockham, and a member of the Audit Committee.
Dunlop was previously on the board of Green Flag's insurance subsidiary, UK Insurance Limited, and has worked for National Car Parks, Robert Fleming, Hoare Govett and KPMG.
