1 Answer Network in new launch for its members
1 Answer Network has launched a new lead generation service to enable members of the personal lines broker network to benefit from high quality new business introductions.
The 1 Answer LEADS service is being made available to all members following a pilot project. The launch comes as 1 Answer Network enhances its IT consultancy and support service to offer members increased benefits from its specialist technology and communication expertise.
“These complementary developments are perfectly timed,” said Paul Muir, managing director of 1 Answer Network. “The lead generation service answers the brokers need to secure more business, while the IT service ensures they have an affordable, efficient and robust infrastructure to meet their current needs and handle future business growth.”
He said that 1 Answer LEADS provides introductions from five different lead generation companies, enabling members to select the services that best suit their own expertise and business targets.
“They can choose what kind of business area they want and the format, whether that is phone or email, full quote or an area such as failed quotes from other companies. The pilot has been very well received and we are confident many of our members will reap the rewards.”
He said that the IT consultancy services offered a range of affordable expertise to members looking to enhance their IT and communication infrastructure.
“The challenge to high street brokers is to maintain their traditional values while also taking advantage of the streamlined processes and increased efficiencies that come from technological development,” added Muir.
“We have the expertise to help meet a range of different needs, from building more robust and secure office systems, to developing their email capabilities. We also have a full suite of web site templates to allow them to maximise the growing potential of ebusiness.
“These are available on a ‘pick and mix’ basis where the member selects the services they feel can most benefit their business in the knowledge it is being provided by IT professionals who have extensive experience of implementing specialist insurance solutions that are at the cutting edge of what is available.”
1 Answer Network said it is confident of achieving its targets this year of signing up its 50th member and exceeding £100m of gross written premium.
