Claims management and business process specialist Navigant Consulting has established Navigant Consulting ReInsurance Services, a new service to help London market reinsurers evaluate their business practices, claims reserves and ultimate exposures.
Navigant Consulting, which has experience of North American and international markets, as well as London market claims services, said NCIRIS could also advise authoritatively on data integrity, system usage, and compliance issues.

NCIRIS aims to provide solutions to reinsurers, in the following areas:
reviews, audits and inspections;
reinsurance recoveries, debt collection and novation;
commutation analysis and negotiation;
claims management advice and coverage analysis; and
dispute resolution and litigation management.
NCIRIS will be headed by recently appointed senior managing consultant Garred Clements.
