Misys General Insurance has revealed that Open GI Limited is to be its new name and brand identity following the sale of the business to Montagu Private Equity.
Open GI Limited has been selected by CEO, Phillip Bell, to represent the software house and the Countrywide brand will be re-emphasised by the renaming of the network to Countrywide Insurance Management Limited.
The Group holding company is Open International Limited.
