Fortis' Shopkeepers, Office and Surgeries, Property Owners and Homeworkers products will be the first Fortis products to go live on Misys' OASys Commercial system.
It said the Shopkeepers product would go live during the first quarter of 2004, followed by the remaining products. All will be fully integrated with Misys' back-office systems, said the company.
Misys Financial System's head of insurance services, Helen Barker, said the company was delighted that Fortis, one of its long-standing strategic partners, had chosen OASys Commercial with which to grow its commercial business.
