Former Ecclesiastical Group chief exec Michael Tripp joined the firm in October 2013
Accountancy and advisory firm Mazars has announced two new appointments to add to its insurance practice.
Stephen Moore has joined the Mazars insurance team as a director, while Tim Bateman has also joined as a life actuarial practice partner.
The new appointments follow the recruitment of former Ecclesiastical Insurance Group chief executive Michael Tripp back in October 2013, as a partner within its insurance actuarial practice.
Over the past year the firm has invested heavily to expand its specialist insurance teams.
Moore is a member of the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors and and audit committee member with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), while Bateman has over 25 years in the life insurance industry.
Mazars head of insurance practice Mark Grice said: “The strength of our relationships within the Lloyd’s and London Market and the growth of our market share in client numbers is a testament to our team’s reputation.”
