Marsh lands Towergate pair

Marsh has appointed former Towergate duo Mike Rogers and Ian Reid to boost its network business.

Rogers has joined as head of its network Marsh Pro Broker. He was previously head of business development at Towergate’s Broker Network, where he managed the business development teams across both Broker Network and Countrywide networks.

Reid will take up the newly-created role of commercial underwriting manager across its network business. Also based in London, he joins from Towergate London Markets.

Reid will have responsibility for commercial binding authorities and open market wholesale for Marsh Labyrinth, Marsh’s commercial and personal lines network offering and will also oversee product development.
