Eugênio Paschoal to head up expansion strategy
Marsh has appointed Eugênio Paschoal as chief executive officer of Marsh Brazil.
Paschoal will be responsible for Marsh Brazil’s operating model and expansion strategy, begining on January 1 next year.
His previously-held positions include managing director of Willis Latin America and Caribbean, as well as 12 years serving as CEO for Willis Brazil.
“His extensive knowledge of the Brazilian market and successful track record as a CEO will be invaluable as we seek to expand our operations in this exciting economy,” said Alexander Moczarski, President of Marsh’s international division.
“Brazil is a key component to our growth strategy in Latin America,” added Ricardo Brockmann, head of Latin America and Caribbean for Marsh. “With the addition of Eugênio, we will be in an even better position to take advantage of this tremendous opportunity.”
Renato Cassinelli, regional employee benefits practice leader for Latin America and Caribbean, continues as interim head of Marsh Brazil for the remainder of this year.
