Former Willis COO poached
Marsh has appointed Artur Niemczewski as chief executive, multinational within Marsh UK.
Multinational comprises Marsh’s large account practices and specialty businesses.
Niemczewski joins from Willis, where he held a number of senior positions, including chief operating officer, International. Most recently Niemczewski led the transformation of Willis' specialty and wholesale businesses. Previously, he held executive roles with AXA Insurance, Capital One and McKinsey.
He will report to Martin South, CEO of Marsh UK.
