The UK P&I Club has named a new chairman of its management team as one of a series of changes in its management structure.
Luke Readman becomes chairman of Thomas Miller P&I, replacing current chairman Stephen James.
James will remain actively involved in the UK club's management in a senior role, and continues as chairman of the group holding company, Thomas Miller Holdings, said the club.
Hugo Wynn-Williams will take up the new role of chief executive.
Readman has been with the club for 32 years, while Wynn-Williams has been with the club for 26 years.
James said the two men were the natural choice to take over the leadership of the club's P&I management team.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
