Internet portal gives brokers 24-hour access to online services
LV= Broker has introduced an online service for brokers, which will enable them to access a variety of tools, product information and offerings.
The portal also gives brokers the opportunity to create a customised homepage, store documents and contacts online and access claims management reports to check the status of their claims in progress with LV=.
The launch of the portal follows the implementation of a number of other online offerings by LV= Broker in recent months, including an online account management system and platforms for trading and managing commercial business.
LV= Broker managing director Phil Bunker said: “The launch of the LV= Broker portal is part of our ongoing strategy to offer more online self-serve applications to our brokers. It is a key step in helping us make it easier for brokers to do business with us as it brings a number of useful functions together under one site. We will continue to listen to broker feedback and develop the portal throughout the year to make it a one-stop shop for our brokers’ online requirements.”
